In this package, you’ll explore the heart of Tanzania’s wilderness, starting with the iconic Serengeti National Park, known for its vast savannahs and rich wildlife. You’ll also visit Ngorongoro Crater, often called the ‘Eden of Africa,’ where a natural amphitheater of 600-meter-high walls surrounds a thriving animal kingdom. After your safari, you’ll fly directly to Zanzibar for a relaxing beach escape, where you’ll be transferred to your resort for a well-deserved tropical retreat.

SAFARI ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be welcomed by your safari guide who will transfer you to Planet Lodge for dinner and overnight. Our Safari Manager will meet you for a brief orientation to discuss your upcoming adventure.Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater
After an early breakfast, you’ll depart Arusha by 7:30 AM and head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Following registration at the Loduare Main Gate, you’ll descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full day of game drives, with a picnic lunch at the hippo poolside. The crater is renowned for its high concentration of wildlife, including the Big Five, which are often spotted in a single day. In the late afternoon, ascend to the Crater rim and continue to Karatu for dinner and overnight at Marera Valley Lodge or Country Lodge. All meals included.Day 3: Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you’ll head toward Serengeti National Park, with an optional stop to visit a Masai Village or explore Olduvai Gorge, where the Leakey family made significant archaeological discoveries. You’ll enter the Serengeti via Naabi Gate around midday and enjoy a picnic lunch before continuing your game drive. In the evening, you’ll check in at Tukaone Serengeti Camp for dinner and overnight. For early risers, an optional pre-dawn game drive offers the chance to spot nocturnal species as they conclude their nightly hunts, and to enjoy the serene morning bird calls. After breakfast, you can choose between a full-day game drive or split your day with morning and sunset drives, taking time to relax at the lodge or camp during the afternoon. After breakfast, you’ll check out of the camp and transfer to Seronera Airstrip for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival at Zanzibar Airport, you will be transferred to the Ocean Paradise Resort, where dinner will be provided. Overnight at Ocean Paradise Resort. Breakfast and dinner included.Days 6-7: Zanzibar Beach Relaxation
These two days are for pure relaxation at your beachfront resort. You can choose from a variety of water sports, indulge in beach activities, or opt for a sunset dhow cruise to enhance your island experience. Overnight at Ocean Paradise Resort, staying in Superior rooms. Breakfast and dinner included.Day 8: Departure from Zanzibar
After breakfast at the resort, enjoy some leisure time before checking out at 10:00 AM. You’ll then be transferred to Zanzibar Airport for your departure flight home.INCLUDES
